Ms. Moneymaker’s practice focuses on defense of personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, and employment claims.  She has over ten years of state and federal litigation experience, including criminal and civil trials, arbitrations, and mediations.  She received her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1996, where she was Articles Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy and an Appellate Advocacy Teaching Assistant.  She is admitted to practice in Missouri, Georgia, Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida

Prior to joining Dickinson & Gibbons, Ms. Moneymaker served as an active-duty Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army, and was awarded the prestigious Bronze Star medal for her exemplary service in Operation Iraqi Freedom.  She continues her service to the country as a Reserve Army officer, where she is assigned as the Deputy Regional Defense Attorney for the Southeast Region.  Her past legal experience also includes positions as an in-house staff counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and as an associate in a multi-office Florida law firm, specializing in insurance defense, employment and construction defect cases.
