Marital & family law attorneys, Deborah J. Blue and Mark Wilson, represented the wife in a highly-contested divorce proceeding centered upon the validity of a Prenuptial Agreement. After a three day trial, the Court determined that the Prenuptial Agreement entered into 25 years ago was invalid and unenforceable. Ms. Blue has been Florida Bar board certified in Marital & Family Law since 2011, and is recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in the field of Family Law.
