Dickinson & Gibbons Obtains Total Defense Verdict

Chris Nigro and Andy Douberly recently obtained a defense verdict following a multi-day trial in Arcadia, Florida. The trial involved a Plaintiff who claimed he suffered a neck injury from a car accident, and requested that the jury award him over $150,000 against the defendant driver, including the costs of a neck fusion surgery. Attorneys Nigro and Douberly successfully demonstrated to the jury that the Plaintiff’s medical problems were completely unrelated to the accident, vindicating their client.
